Things change over time and yet they really don't. Please make note of the program changes that will occur on March 20. I have co-hosted TRADITIONS for 24 years and have hosted SUNDAY SIMCHA for about 10 years. Since, as the song asks us, "...who knows where the time goes...", time has moved on and I am now, I suppose, one of the golden oldies mentioned in the WFDU promo for The Vintage Rock & Pop Shop and will be taking bit of a rest by doing a little less hosting. I will haver to forego the pleasure of presenting SUNDAY SIMCHA and leave the hosting of TRADITIONS to Ron Olresko. I will be hosting a brand new program on WFDU and it will be airing in the time slot that Sunday Simcha has had--10-11 AM (Sundays). Please file the name and all other info in your vast memory chamber---wherever that is.

Time to tell you what the new program will be about. The plan for the format is Folk Music--old and new in the broadest sense of the word. It will include American, World, and Jewish(Yiddish) , and also memorable musical moments from the stage. Your e-mail requests are invited and appreciated.
I hope the new program will become part of your Sunday routine as Simcha did and you will welcome and support it since, as you see, this wonderful and eclectic station (WFDU) makes changes to make listenership an enjoyable experience
